ABOUT RHINO
Rhino is a program, designed to automate the invoicing process for telephone
answering bureaus and outbound call centres.
The key element for any telephone answering bureaux is the ability to identify
an incoming call by client, display pertinent information via screen popping
and process the call. Although these systems are important in the operation
of a bureau, one element that is often overlooked is invoice generation.
Rhino has been developed to fulfil the exacting requirements for invoicing of
telephone answering bureaus by integrating pertinent data from a range of
different sources. The Rhino system is capable of producing invoices with
minimal effort, using charge strategies that can be customised to suit each client.
Rhino is also designed to satisfy the requirements of outbound call centres for
telemarketing campaigns. The standard approach is to utilise a campaign
management system, which provides full on screen interactive instructions for
the operator. Another approach, albeit much simpler, is by the concept of
assigning account codes to outbound telephone calls. Rhino is capable of handling
both of these methodologies.
In Rhino both telephone answering and outbound marketing are referred to as campaigns.
